OUR STORY
Clarioncrest Investments was founded by a team that has diverse experiences and skill sets across the value chain of real estate investing and development.
We see a lot of development taking place in Africa, however, there is little to no emphasis in building world class real assets. We want to develop assets and operate them in a manner that is consistent with the best practices in the world and believe that will offer attractive exit opportunities down the road.

Our senior staff is comprised of experienced professionals in investment management, real estate development, private equity, risk management, security and strategy consulting in multiple geographies around the world.
IMRAN KHAN, CFA
Managing Partner
Imran has over 14 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, investment management, risk management and private equity. He was the Head of Fund Management for Britam Asset Management in Kenya managing a USD 800M portfolio. Prior to Britam, Imran worked at Swiss Re in various roles that included risk management for the private equity portfolio (USD 3.5B portfolio), real estate (USD 3.5B portfolio), treasury (USD 21B portfolio) and in control and risk roles for various trading desks over USD 300B of gross notional.
Imran has also advised a number of Fortune 500 clients as a consultant for Alvarez & Marsal and LECG in New York on various issues such as transfer pricing, business valuation, intellectual property valuation, asset valuation, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring.
Imran is the founder and Managing Partner of Clarioncrest Investments LLP in Kenya.

SALIM MANJI
Chairman
Salim Manji is one of the distinguished industrialists of Kenya. He was the MD of House of Manji Ltd, one of the largest manufacturing companies in Kenya which had exclusive license agreements for manufacturing brands such as Weetabix, Buitoni pasta, Perugina Confectionary and Parker & Dobson along with House of Manji branded products across various food products. He has been a senior leader and principal in a number of real estate projects in Kenya and United Kingdom

TRAVIS VINCENT
Chief Operations Officer
Travis was a Director of Goldman Properties in Zambia which is a property development and investment company. He recently completed the construction and delivery of a prime commercial office building in Lusaka. He is also part of the consulting team constructing Ole Sereni 2 Hotel in Nairobi. Travis was formerly General Manager of RMSI based in Dubai and Business Development Director for International SOS based in London. Travis spent 15 years in the military as a commissioned officer serving in both the Intelligence and Infantry specialisations.
Travis holds a Swiss Hotel Diploma from IHTTI, Neuchatel in Switzerland and an MBA (Emerging Markets) from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom.
Travis is the COO at Clarioncrest Investments LLP in Kenya.
